The Baltimore Holiday Village is a Christmas market and community celebration bringing families, local businesses, vendors, and community organizations together for an afternoon of shopping, activities, food, entertainment, and holiday fun.

Shop local, support community, and find unique gifts while helping create opportunity and strengthen Baltimore communities. Enjoy photos with Santa, free children's crafts while supplies last, hot cocoa, popcorn, candy, holiday raffle baskets, and family-friendly activities.

We're bringing together local entrepreneurs, makers, creatives, small businesses, and community-focused vendors for a festive afternoon of shopping and connection.

Vendor space is limited to approximately 20 vendors, so early registration is encouraged.

Vendor fee

$50

Each approved vendor receives

One table and two chairs.

Electricity

Limited electrical access may be available and must be requested during registration. Electrical requests cannot be guaranteed.

Food vendor policy

The Baltimore Holiday Village will operate its own concessions. Traditional food-service and prepared-meal vendors are not being accepted. Baked goods and dessert-focused businesses — cookies, cupcakes, cakes, pastries, or similar products — may apply and are subject to organizer approval.

How registration works

1. Vendor submits application.
2. Event organizers review the application.
3. Approved vendors receive approval and payment instructions.
4. Vendor pays the $50 vendor fee directly to GPS University.
5. Vendor registration is confirmed.

Please do not pay until your application has been approved. Submitting an application does not confirm your space.

Help us build the village

The success of The Baltimore Holiday Village depends on all of us working together to bring the community out.

GPS University and Julie Community Center will promote the event through our networks, community partners, digital platforms, and outreach efforts. Participating vendors are also expected to actively help spread the word.

Approved vendors will receive official event promotional materials to share with customers, followers, friends, family, and their broader networks.

Beginning during the primary holiday-shopping promotional period, particularly from the week before Thanksgiving through the event, we ask participating vendors who are active on social media to share or post about The Baltimore Holiday Village approximately twice per week when reasonably possible.

We understand that every business uses social media differently. The expectation is meaningful participation in promoting the event through the channels available to you.

Vendor registration

Traditional food-service and prepared-meal vendors are not being accepted — the event runs its own concessions. Baked goods and dessert businesses may apply.

Agreements

I agree to actively help promote The Baltimore Holiday Village through my available marketing channels and, when reasonably possible, share event-related content approximately twice per week during the primary promotional period leading up to the event.

I agree to receive communications from GPS University and/or Julie Community Center regarding The Baltimore Holiday Village, including application updates, vendor instructions, setup information, promotional materials, and event-day communications.

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee vendor participation. I will wait for approval from event organizers before submitting the $50 vendor fee. My vendor space is not confirmed until approval and payment have both been completed.

I understand and agree to The Baltimore Holiday Village vendor cancellation and refund policy.

Vendor payment (after approval)

Vendor payments are made to GPS University, not Julie Community Center. Approved vendors may pay the $50 vendor fee by:

Cancellation & refund policy

On or before November 1, 2026: 100% refund of vendor fee
November 2 – November 12, 2026: 50% refund
November 13 – November 28, 2026: 25% refund
After November 28, 2026: No refund

Vendor day-of schedule

10:30 AM: Vendor arrival and setup — please arrive promptly.
10:45 AM: All booths completely set up and ready for guests.
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Public event hours.
1:45 PM: Final guest entry. A 10-minute closing announcement follows at about 1:50 PM.
2:00 PM: Breakdown begins. Do not break down earlier unless instructed by organizers.
